ON A ROAD TRIP TO UTAH...

10 things I concluded from our very quick trip to Utah.
1) The state of Utah is so beautiful. There are so many things I still miss about it and we are seriously considering St. George as a place to retire.
2) I still have it in me to stay up until 4:30 am talking with a dear friend. Like I said "you can make up sleep, you can't make up time not shared with a friend."
3). I love my job so much I actually miss it when I'm not there. Not saying I don't enjoy time away but I look forward to coming back.
4) I am considering starting a blog I love to write and I think I have some worthwhile experiences from life to share with others or leave for my posterity.
5). You can ask your friends to give your talk and teach your lesson in church and know they did you justice.
6). I can listen to Poor Man's Poison for hours straight and never get tired of them.
7) Andrea Bocelli is really handsome and Simon Cowell has the BEST smile (from hours of watching you tubes in the car.). 😎.
8) Making that trip is so much more pleasant with an iPhone than the days I did it with just a cassette player and a bag of sunflower seeds. And my travel partner is pretty swell also.
9). It's too bad we can't make this trip in one day like we used to. But stopping along the way makes it more enjoyable. And
10). Family is the greatest blessing we have in this life. Enjoy your family because you never know when it will be the last time you will see them.
I came up with a few other conclusions that are a little deeper than these but not everything is meant to be shared on Facebook. 🙂
